Wow a movie that’s actually about the game.

The director clearly didn’t care for mortal kombat. It’s like he only played the original in 92. Completely ignored the games and what fans wanted. I hate it and now we have to wait another 10 years to reboot.

“Weed whacker” made me thinking wrong 😭

I know some people liked that horror element in the 2021 movie. I’m a huge horror fan, but I hated this in the 2021 movie, because it was very much tonally out of place and made no sense; they wanted to give Sub-Zero a Jason Voorhees moment but couldn’t be bothered to write a decent screenplay or edit the fight scenes correctly-that’s stupid. As far as the release date goes, that’s over a year and a half after production wrapped (about a year and 3/4 to be more exact), which was back in January. To me, that doesn’t indicate that they’re taking their time to make the best possible version of the movie-if that was their concern, there are things in pre-production and production that they could’ve done and chose not to. Rather, this seems to indicate that they’re not very confident in the movie they shot, might be thinking of some damage control options, and are making time available for possible reshoots in anticipation of bad test screening results.

Oct 24 is around the Scorpio I bet the movie will be based more around Scorpio
